Terms & Conditions hassdipyaz2 – Malaysia Platform User Guide

1. Member Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use hassdipyaz2 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be 18 years of age or older on the date of registration. hassdipyaz2 strictly prohibits participation by underage individuals, and age verification is carried out during and after the registration process.
• You must register using accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Registering under a false identity, another person's name, or fabricated details constitutes a serious violation of these Terms.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at hassdipyaz2 at all times. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being frozen and all balances and bonuses being forfeited.
• A hassdipyaz2 account is for the personal use of the registered member only. You may not transfer, sell, lend or grant access to your account to any other party.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. hassdipyaz2 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence.

2. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on hassdipyaz2 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR). The accepted payment methods are as follows:

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 per transaction.
• Deposit funds will be credited to your hassdipyaz2 account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.
• Hassdipyaz2 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your e-wallet provider may apply their own charges in accordance with their policies.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits via third-party payment methods are not permitted.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per request.

• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for your deposit, or to a payment method that has been registered and verified on your account.

3. Bonus, Promotion & Rewards Terms

Hassdipyaz2 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to registered members from time to time. All offers are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses credited to your account must be wagered to the amount stated in the relevant offer before any withdrawal can be made. hassdipyaz2's standard wagering requirement ranges from 15x to 35x depending on the bonus type.
• Bonus Validity Period: Every bonus has a clearly stated validity period. Bonuses not used within the validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• First Deposit Bonus: The 100% welcome bonus of up to RM 500 is only available to new members making their first deposit. Each account, device, and IP address is eligible for this bonus once only.
• VIP Cashback: Weekly cashback for VIP members is calculated based on net losses within the designated period and credited every Monday. No minimum withdrawal applies to cashback.
• Hassdipyaz2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse promotions through bonus abuse, hedging, or other methods deemed unfair by hassdipyaz2 may result in bonus cancellation and further action taken against the account.

4. Game Rules & Player Conduct

All hassdipyaz2 players are required to comply with the following rules to ensure a fair and safe experience for everyone:

• Players must place bets using funds within their hassdipyaz2 account only. Bets cannot be placed directly via external payment methods.
• The use of automation software, bots, artificial intelligence programs, or any third-party tools to assist or automate gameplay is strictly prohibited.
• Any form of collusion between players to exploit hassdipyaz2's systems, tables, or promotions is a serious violation and will be subject to action.

5. Inactive Accounts & Management Fees

Hassdipyaz2 defines an "inactive" account as one with no login activity or wagering activity for a period of 90 consecutive days.

• After 90 days of inactivity, hassdipyaz2 will send a reminder notification to your registered email address to log in and reactivate your account.
• If an account remains inactive for 180 days, an inactive account management fee of MYR 10 per month will begin to be applied to your account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
• Your account balance will never go into negative as a result of this fee. Once the balance reaches zero, the fee will cease to be charged.
• To avoid this fee, simply log in to your hassdipyaz2 account at least once every 90 days.
• Any bonus remaining in an inactive account will expire after 90 days of inactivity.

6. Account Closure, Suspension & Restrictions

Hassdipyaz2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at any time if there is a breach of these Terms & Conditions. Action may be taken in situations including but not limited to the following:

• Holding more than one account
• Identity fraud or false registration information
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional systems
• Use of automation software or bots in gameplay
• Attempted money laundering through betting activity
• Disruptive or threatening behaviour towards other players or staff
• Failure to fulfil requested identity verification requirements

You may also request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting hassdipyaz2 customer support. In such cases, any eligible cash balance will be processed for withdrawal within 3 business days.
